I have had many scooters of many shapes and sizes. Several I have revived after they were cast aside by others. Working on scooters has given me a basic understanding of electronics and wiring. Additionally, getting under the hood has allowed me to understand that all scooters are not created equal.

Quazar -36V belt drive with suspension. Fun ride, deck a little high of the ground, wanted more power.

Bought this one new and later sold it. I personally like this platform, lots of stability and good speed. Dillenger M5

Got this scooter in trade from someone who had it dead in their backyard. Cleaned it up, replaced a couple of switches, replaced the batteries and put it back in service.

Bought this scooter cheap as a complete mess, nothing was working. Someone has *sort of installed a new controller. Lots of cut wires. Finally got it working and put a golf cart switch on the front (below the seat) to put it into reverse. This scooter was super comfortable and pretty fast!

The bikes that started it all for me. Got a lot of fun miles and knowledge about electric bikes from these two originals.

Frankenscooter – Built from a Schwinn S750 and Schwinn S1000 Stealth. 24v750w motor overvolted to 36v. Lots of fun and full suspension.

eZip 750. First scooter I bought new. Rode this a lot and it was great for it’s time. Was very reliable.
